Q: How long have you worked at the property and/or for Troon and what has been your career progression thus far?

A: I have been working as Admin & Golf Coordinator at The Track Meydan Golf Club for the past 8 years. I am extremely dedicated to my role and I feel very blessed to be a part of such an inspiring team who have helped me thrive within my role.

Q: What do you love most about your job?

A: I love my role because I get to interact with so many different people on a daily basis and feel very fulfilled whenever I am able to provide assistance. I also really enjoy working within the team and it makes me happy to know that I’m contributing to the success of the golf club.

Q: What gives you the greatest challenge every day or in your job that you’re learning from?

A: The best lesson I’ve learned is that every challenge brings a chance to grow. No matter how difficult or unexpected a situation may be, there’s always something to learn.

Q: What do you do to share the work opportunity with other women?

A: I always keep in mind that even amidst adversity there’s always silver lining waiting to be discovered; hence to all other women, we must always be strong and keep a positive mind to keep growing.

Q: What is something that not many people know about you that you’d like to share?

A: The funny thing about me is I’m sending myself an email to remind me things I need to do, and I love to play volleyball.
