The Cobbs Creek Foundation is launching a completely renovated Championship 18 hole golf course, a new 9 hole golf course, a golf entertainment complex, a celebrity chef inspired restaurant and more on the historic site of Cobbs Creek in Philadelphia, PA. In partnership with TGR Foundation, The Cobbs Creek Foundation is debuting the first TGR Learning Lab on the East Coast as well as TGR-designed short course. The TGR Learning Lab-Philadelphia, dedicated to providing education and enrichment opportunities for local youth, is under construction now and is set to open in 2025.
The state-of-the-art Cobbs Creek golf entertainment complex, complete with temperature controlled double-decker practice bays featuring Toptracer technology, a premiere restaurant, practice bay food and beverage service, social and event spaces, and a retail golf Pro Shop will also debut in 2025.
Renowned golf architects Gil Hanse and Jim Wagner are leading restoration work on the campus’ 18-hole Olde Course and new 9-hole Course. The restored Olde Course is slated to open for play in Summer 2026 in conjunction with the golf clubhouse, while the reimagined 9-hole course will open in 2027.
