Since 1964, Hunting Creek Country Club has been known for its congeniality as well as its gorgeous golf course, nestled among the rolling hills of historic Prospect, Kentucky, just 11 miles outside of Louisville. Whether your interest in a private club is driven by a desire to play golf, return to tennis, relax in and around our spacious pool, or you simply wish to wine and dine with family and friends, Hunting Creek is sure to be the perfect choice. Hunting Creek has hosted nearly every major tournament in the state and earned a reputation as having one of the most challenging in Kentucky. Hunting Creek also enjoys acclaim as one of the most ingeniously designed courses by landscape architect and Hunting Creek member, Mr. Ben Wihry, with no two holes adjoining. This allows for wide, tree-lined fairways and long green-to-tee drives that give the course its “out in the country” feel.
