Overview

The Kankakee Country Club is a private, non-equity country club and maintains an 18-hole, finely manicured golf course nestled along the Kankakee River. The scenic river views, course conditions and rolling terrain is why Kankakee Country Club is known as one of the finest private clubs in the state. The very challenging 17th hole, a par 5 that borders the Kankakee River, is one of the most demanding and picturesque in Illinois. While the course is rather short and tight, it is maintained in superb condition by GCSAA professionals, making it an outstanding test of golf for even the finest players, yet offers a fantastic playing experience for players of all levels. The club's affordability, excellent golf programs and family appeal is why it is known as “The Jewel on the Kankakee”.
