Overview

Maderas Golf Club boasts a spectacular San Diego golf course designed by Johnny Miller and Robert Muir Graves. The beauty, challenge and thrilling shots that can be found on the course have earned the club numerous accolades. Maderas is one of only two San Diego area golf clubs to be recognized by Golf Digest as one of "America's 100 Greatest Public Courses" in 2013-2014 and 2015-2016. In addition, Maderas is one of Golfweek's "Best Courses You Can Play" in California for 2015 and 2016.

The creative designers interlaced three lakes, five waterfalls, rock outcroppings, forests and over 40 acres of natural wildflowers that are seen throughout the entire golf course. The Maderas Golf Club features natural rock formations with sweeping elevation changes to provide excellent playing conditions for a challenging and unforgettable day of golf. Additional impressive amenities include an outstanding driving range, state of the art short game facility all grass tees, an upscale pro shop and a wide variety of golf instruction. The Italian villa style clubhouse is home to The Grille restaurant that features award-winning cuisine sure to enhance your San Diego dining experience. Del Lago, cut from the same piece of Italian styling, is a well appointed 7,000 square foot event center that boasts a bride's room, ceremony lawn over looking the Thompson and Sycamore Creek canyons, wireless connectivity, and can comfortably seat up to 300 persons.
