I have been with The Els Club since October 2020, starting as an HR & Admin Coordinator and progressing to the role of HR & Admin Executive.

Q#2: What do you love most about your job?

Firstly, I love that it is a very positive and supportive workplace environment. I enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different departments, addressing their needs, and ensuring that administrative processes run seamlessly. The dynamic nature of HR allows me to engage in various aspects of employee relations, development, and well-being, making the work both challenging and rewarding. Additionally, the management is open to new ideas and actively supports the team in bringing those ideas to life.

Q#3: What gives you the greatest challenge every day or in your job that you’re learning from?

The biggest challenge in my job is balancing the diverse needs of employees while consistently adhering to the company’s policies and procedures. Navigating complex situations, such as conflict resolution and performance management, demands careful consideration and a nuanced approach. This daily challenge is a valuable learning experience, enhancing my problem-solving skills and deepening my understanding of human resources and organizational dynamics. Additionally, no two days are the same; each day brings new challenges and opportunities for learning. While this is undoubtedly challenging, it is also a fun and motivating aspect of my job that keeps me engaged and driven every day.

Q#4: What do you do to share the work opportunity with other women?

I am fortunate to be a part of a team which mostly consists of women. We understand each other and work closely together to utilize our individual strengths to achieve success

Q#5: What is something that not many people know about you that you’d like to share?

Something not many people know about me is that I am an avid cook. I love experimenting with new recipes and cuisines, finding joy and relaxation in the process of creating meals. Cooking allows me to express my creativity and provides a wonderful way to unwind after a busy day. Sharing my culinary creations with friends and family brings me great satisfaction and has become a cherished way to connect and bond with loved ones.
