Troon Access Terms & Conditions

General

  • Individuals may purchase one (1) Troon Access membership per year in their name

  • Troon Access memberships are non-transferable and may not be re-sold

  • Access members must present Troon Access number and a valid ID to receive the Troon Access rate

  • The program is cardless. You will be sent a welcome email with your Troon Access number within four business days after purchase

  • A valid credit card is required to reserve a tee time

  • Troon Access tee times have a cancellation policy that is governed by the golf course and will be conveyed at the time of booking. Cancellations within this period may be subject to cancellation fees at the golf course’s discretion

  • It is a violation of these Terms and Conditions to reserve a tee time outside the 78 hour booking window and then cancel and reserve a similar tee time at the Troon Access+ rate inside the 78 hour booking window

  • Troon Access members may only reserve Troon Access tee times for themselves and applicable guests. Only the Access member will receive the Access rate; all other guests will be charged the public rate (unless they are Troon Access members)

  • Troon reserves the right to suspend, deactivate or cancel any person’s Troon Access membership without notice if Troon believes in its sole and absolute discretion that the person or their guests have violated these Terms and Conditions, or has acted improperly or inappropriately in their use of the Troon Access membership or at a participating facility

  • Access member acknowledges and agrees that Troon shall have the right to change, amend or modify any of the terms and/or conditions (including golf fees) at any time without notice in the sole and absolute discretion of Troon; Access member’s use of Troon Access constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

  • By purchasing a Troon Access, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of our Privacy Policy

Subscription Auto-Renewal

  • Unless otherwise stated, Troon Access membership is a subscription with a duration of one year that renews automatically

  • Unless explicitly stated, any promo code used to purchase your Troon Access membership will apply only to the initial period of your subscription. Subsequent renewals will occur at the standard price for that Troon Access product

  • Your Troon Access membership can be cancelled at any time.

    • Cancelling your membership will result it in the subscription terminating at the original end date

    • Cancelling your Troon Access subscription will not result in any refund, pro-rated or otherwise, based on the remaining duration of the subscription

    • You will continue to have access to your Troon Access benefits from the time of cancellation until the end date of your membership subscription

  • Troon Rewards status level discounts do not apply

  • Certain dates, at the sole discretion of participating courses, may be subject to black-out periods
