Troon Card Terms and Conditions

General

  • TwoSome Troon Cardholders may play as individuals or bring up to one (1) guest and both players will receive the Troon Card rate

  • FourSome Troon Cardholders may play as individuals or bring up to three (3) guests all four players will receive theTroon Card rate

  • Individuals may purchase one (1) Troon Card per year in their name

  • Troon Cards are non-transferable and may not be re-sold

  • Cardholders must present Troon Card number and a valid ID to receive the Troon Card rate

  • The program is cardless

    • You will be sent a welcome email with your Troon Card number within four business days after purchase

  • Cardholders may book Troon Card rate tee times up to 78 hours in advance (example: 6pm on Monday for a Friday tee time)

    • A valid credit card is required to reserve a tee time

    • Troon Card tee times have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within this period may be subject to cancellation fees at the golf course’s discretion.

    • It is a violation of these Terms and Conditions to reserve a tee time outside the 78 hour booking window and then cancel and reserve a similar tee time at the Troon Card rate inside the 78 hour booking window. This also applies to Troon Card “2 for 1” bookings.

    • Troon Cardholders may only reserve Troon Card tee times for themselves and applicable guests.

  • Troon reserves the right to suspend, deactivate or cancel any person’s Troon Card without notice if Troon believes inits sole and absolute discretion that the person or their guests have violated these Terms and Conditions, or has actedimproperly or inappropriately in their use of the Troon Card or at a participating facility

  • Cardholder acknowledges and agrees that Troon shall have the right to change, amend or modify any of the terms and/orconditions (including golf fees) at any time without notice in the sole and absolute discretion of Troon; Cardholder’s useof the Troon Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • By purchasing a Troon Card, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of our Privacy Policy

Troon Card "2 For 1's"

  • Applicable for the 2023 & 2024 Troon Card Program: “2 for 1” golf offers: Includes five redemptions each for State and Regional Troon Cards and ten redemptions for the National Troon Card

  • Cardholders may only use their “2 for 1” offer once per Troon Card facility that is included with the card purchased

  • “2 for 1” calendar can be viewed by clicking here

  • “2 for 1” offers are based on the standard (morning) Troon Card rate

  • “2 for 1” offers are not valid on 9-hole or twilight rates

  • “2 for 1” rates are based on the following flexible advance booking calendar of restrictions

  • “2 for 1” offers cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions

  • Troon Rewards status level discounts are not valid with “2 for 1” offers

  • The “2 for 1” offer is non- transferable

  • “2 for 1″ offers will not be applicable at participating bonus states or International locations

  • “2 for 1” offers will not be applicable at facilities added to the Troon Card program after the start of the current year

  • When using a Troon Card “2 for 1”, only the Troon Cardholder will receive Troon Rewards points for the value of the standard Troon Card rate

  • Looking to reserve your tee time outside of 78 hours in advance? Book any standard ONLINE RATE and receive 15% off that rate at check in

    • Valid on tee times reserved

      on (1.) the Troon Card participating facility’s website or (2.) by selecting the Best Rate Guarantee rate through Troon Card EZLinks portals (not valid on tee times reserved through other booking channels)

    • Valid on tee times booked within or beyond the 78 hour advanced booking window

    • Valid for Troon Cardholder and applicable guests (one guest for TwoSome Cardholder and up to three guests for FourSome Cardholder)

  • Excludes actual Troon Card rate

  • Troon Rewards status level discounts do not apply

  • Excludes special offers, web specials, promotions, resident rates, frequent player/loyalty cards, annual passes, etc.

  • Certain dates, at the sole discretion of participating courses, may be subject to black-out periods

  • Not valid on prepaid rounds

Birthday Rounds

25% off Troon Card rate on the day of your birthday

  • Must provide photo I.D. with date of birth at check in to redeem discount

  • Does not apply to the Troon Cardholder’s guest

Replay Rates

Starting at $25 at participating courses

  • Rates are valid for Cardholder and qualifying guests

  • Replay rounds may be booked upon completion of first round at course discretion and same day availability

Access to Participating International Locations

Benefits are limited to preferred rates only at participating International locations

  • See rates section for participating courses and rates offered

  • The “2 for 1” offer is not valid at any International location outside of North America
