ClubUp Introduces “Crew” An Employee Scheduling Platform For Golf Courses, Resorts And Private Clubs

Charlotte, North Carolina (November 5, 2024) – ClubUp, the leading golf technology company, recently introduced Crew, an employee scheduling platform designed for golf courses, resorts and clubs. The Crew platform easily and efficiently assists with employee communication and scheduling, allowing any golf facility – from a municipal course or large golf resort to an exclusive private club – to find value and improve its operations.

For two-plus years, the ClubUp team has listened to the needs of golf facility managers and has incorporated those requests into the Crew platform. With Crew, staff can view their schedules, swap shifts and submit for manager approval, and request time off. For managers and employers, Crew features a budgeting feature for schedule optimization, a team wide communication option, and can integrate with the club tee sheet, providing an in-app, real-time view to staff members at any time (this option can be turned on/off for each employee). The base version of Crew, Crew Par is priced at under $1,000 annually, making it budget friendly and easy for a club to implement.

“The team at ClubUp has been working with 25 clubs in varying in beta testing the Crew platform in 2023 and 2024,” said ClubUp Founder/CEO Matthew Rose. “The feedback from the clubs has led to a platform that enables the efficient scheduling and communication of club employees. We are excited about growing our customer base beyond clubs with caddie programs and continuing to add value to the clubs we already work with.”

Golf facilities currently using Crew, include Conway Farms Golf Club a private club in Lake Forest, Illinois; Rich Harvest Farms Golf Club a private club in Sugar Grove, Illinois; Sand Valley Golf Resort a five-course golf resort in Nekoosa, Wisconsin; and The Park a municipal golf course in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Founded in 2016 by brothers Matthew and Michael Rose, ClubUp started by providing clubs and resorts with innovative technology to help improve the caddie experience for club staff, golfers and caddies. The ClubUp caddie technology offers a more efficient way for clubs to schedule and communicate with caddies yielding significant productivity improvements for caddie programs. In addition to the caddie technology and its new Crew platform, ClubUp also works with clubs to improve outside service operations by providing GPS technology and pace of play tools.
