The Ocean Club Golf Course At Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas Set To Welcome Top Collegiate Golf Teams For Annual White Sands Bahamas Ncaa Invitational

Paradise Island, Bahamas (October 10, 2023) – The Ocean Club Golf Course at Atlantis Paradise Island in The Bahamas will soon play to host to top men’s and women’s collegiate golf teams during the White Sands Bahamas NCAA Invitational. The Invitational will feature a 54-hole men’s competition hosted by Santa Clara University, played October 19 – 22, followed by a women’s competition, also hosted by Santa Clara University, played October 26 – 29. Admission to both events is complimentary.

Recognized as one of the top collegiate tournaments, the White Sands Bahamas NCAA Invitational will feature a total of 20 teams, including 11 women’s teams and 9 men’s teams. In 2022, Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn. won the women’s invitational, while Duke University won the men’s competition.

Teams competing in the men’s invitational will include:

  • Georgia State University

  • Jacksonville State University

  • Wichita State University

  • North Alabama University

  • University of North Texas

  • Santa Clara University

  • Southern Illinois University

  • Saint Mary’s College of California

  • Wofford College

Teams competing in the women’s invitational will include:

  • UNC Charlotte

  • University of Delaware

  • Eastern Michigan University

  • Eastern Kentucky University

  • Grand Canyon University

  • Kansas State University

  • Santa Clara University

  • University of Tampa

  • Troy University

  • Tulane University

  • University of North Florida
